AGI Studio 2: Week 1

RATIONALE

I have watched a very touching animation on youtube, its name is:僕らの手 には何もないけど. They tell a great story in a simple and cute style. They don't need a single dialogue, but they create countless ideas in the reader's mind. In particular, the animation metaphors the lamb from the past and the present through the two states of wool and no wool. So I also want to create a similar 2d animation in studio2.

CONTEXT
《僕らの手には何もないけど》 tells the story of the lamb, after death, by shearing its own wool to create a ladder, returning from heaven to the earth to find family. But the mother could not see the dead lamb. Perhaps because her feelings transcended time and space, she felt the coldness of the lamb. She made a new sweater for the lamb, and the lamb flew to heaven in excitement. The animation is accompanied by very touching and appropriate music. The storytelling method is brilliant, creating a story through lambs from different time and space. So the animations I wanted to create would focus on storytelling and music. It is a metaphor for the protagonist in different time and space (the bridge leading to death and survival).

Inquiry
My story will take place in a gallery filled with photos of characters from birth to the present. So my initial decision about my animation inquiry is: How to advance the animation story through environment storytelling

METHODS
In the preparatory work in the early stage, I will use PS to complete the character setting and storyboard. Use TBH or TVP to complete the animation, and cooperate with PS to complete the background. PR and AE for editing and music synthesis.

Initial story
A rabbit fainted in a gallery, and he later realized the walls were full of pictures of himself. On the way he found the girl who was very important to him. He focused on her, frantically searching for every memory of her in the gallery. He cherished every moment about her, but slowly his attention turned to other things. When he realized it, he found that the girl had left him. He moved on listlessly, ignoring his own pictures and starting to go unhealthy. At the end of nowhere, he fell. When he woke up again, the girl appeared beside him, he hugged her tightly, and closed his eyes forever.
