Statement of Intension

Rationale
Do things in the world have only one ending?
The project I am exploring is to visualize my favorite novel, the Garden of Forking Path in Borges. The motivation for this project is that I have not yet tried to use my imagination to realize the text of the novel. In the process of considering the project, I first considered how to use the storyline to loop or transition. But after referring to some animations, I am absolutely sure what I like is experimental animation. Therefore, I will use the concepts of this novel: initial, symmetry and philosophy to complete an experimental animation.
Context
My animated story is based on the concept of the novel. The philosophy, initial, and symmetry in the novel are the key points I want to show.
My inspiration comes from the Japanese animation "Future Diary" and "Uminek Cry". These two animations have the same concept as the novel I chose, that is, time is infinite.
Regarding symmetry, I refer to the following

I want to use generative art to show the philosophical concept, my reference is
Methods
-Use After Effects to make animatic
-An and Toon Boom may be used in the animation part
-Learning processing
-Finally use Pr and Ae to edit the project, add music and special effects.
My weekly plan:
Folio 1
Week1 Mindmap
Week2 Confirm the plan and complete the Statement
Week3 storyboard
Week4 animation test
Week5 animatic completed
Folio 2
Week6 adjusted story
Week7 practice processing
Week8 practice processing
Week9 adjust color
Week10 add music and vfx
Week11 adjust details
Week12 submission
Outcomes
The final submission is an experimental animation.
