I plan to create a 3D animated short film for AGI Studio 2. The cover image is the organised version of my mind map. The other four images include three of my original idea mind maps and one that combined the mind maps with the rationale, context and method.
CONSIDERATIONS & QUESTIONS
IDEA ONE
I am considering shifting the focus of the animation to the part where the island is in an abusive relationship and using narration to guide the audience through the journey. The main line of the story might be 'I lost my voice'. As for the visuals, I would like to try to use the morphing element that is in a lot of 2D experimental animation in 3D. The style of the animation might still be a typical 3D look (like Pixar), but there is a possibility that I might play with the material of the modelling (e.g. clay or hand-craft style) to match with the malleability of morphing and the story.

IDEA TWO
I am considering of animating the clock spirit on twos and the other spirit on the normal frame rate. I would then be able to show the difference between the clock spirit and the other spirit through this design choice. I might be going for a cel-shading style for this story so that they could have a flat look.

IDEA THREE
Instead of having a story that simply tells the creature pirate searching for a treasure under the sea, I want to put more effort into the relationship between the character and the environment and the reason behind his action and show the character's growth. Like, what is the character? Why is he looking for something in an unknown environment? What do those hindering him mean? What is in the treasure?
