In this exercise I used After Effects as my tool to morph an oval into some headphones. I would like to start making 3D stuff, but as now I'm using After Effects to make my exercises. There's a plugin called Reshape were you can morph a mask into another. What I created a mask for both the oval and the headphones (a PNG file), and then I located the correspondence points between the two shapes to achieve the desired effect.
