From the very beginning, creating a parallax effect, where the layers of background and elements move with a slight delay orbiting the cursor, was my goal. Although I managed to pull it off in GameMaker with the help of Natasha, I had to switch to Unity because Live2D is only supported in Unity.
Creating the parallax effect in Unity was much more complicated, but with the help of my friend Spuddle, I finally managed to crack the code that was parallax. After a lot of trial and error, managed to make a script to transform the position of the vector across the x and y-axis and tied it to the mouse position in the viewport
I need to import the rest of the placeholder elements and continue building the base of the VN.
