I have been working on this 30 second clip for the last 2 weeks looking at synchronising animation to music and learning to create longer clips by repeating frames
My intention was to create a simple dancing motion that is rhythmic and engaging. The hardest part of this exercise was figuring out the tempo of the music and finding the beats using Adobe Animate's sound editing interface. Once I had the tempo, working out how many frames per beat I needed was easy.
What i would want to do next is refine the artwork, clean the lines and add colours and potentially more details like facial features or hair
I used Freddie Dredd's song 'Cha Cha' for this exercise
