Rational
An isometric intractable animation about insomnia. It will be a character living in the bedroom, trying to sleep. The project will be 3D interactive environment with a graphic novel style. Players will explore and choose objects within a limited environment to interact with the character. Once one of the objects is chosen, the consequence will be revealed.
Context
The project mainly focuses on 3D animation with basic intractable objects. The animation or character’s behaviors is based on research on insomnia symptoms in cartoon style. This project is inspired by a game called ‘Missed messages’, which is an indie game that players interact with an object to proceed with the story.
Method
An objective is to create art pieces, which can be interacted with. The narratives of works are something simple, but there are subjects that related to lives, for example, anxiety, oddly satisfy, aesthetics.
