Was inspired by my research into the natural history of Brunswick, and its various native flora, including wildflowers that grow in the grasslands and plains. Controlled fires are purposely lit by the Aboriginal clans in order to encourage regrowth of the land and colourful wildflowers amongst the blackened earth would re-emerge as a result.
