Master Of Animation, Games & Interactivity

The video is the latest prototype of The Brunswick Ball, in collaboration with Sahaj, and is projected indoors for presentation purposes.
This was presented, last 19 May (Tuesday), to Dr. Troy Innocent, Kiera (RMIT engagement), and the Council of Moreland.

The presentation of all our projects was a success. This current version of the prototype features the rhythm and bass sections, with music designed in collaboration with Sahaj Garg.
Some of the final assets are presented in this prototype, and are hand-drawn taking inspiration from the trees/plant species indigenous to Moreland.
The next few production days/weeks will be focused on finishing the rest of the assets, and further refining the interactions in Unity. In our checklist of things to do are also burst particle effects on the animations, as well as the inclusion and consideration of designing the experience's idle state, and single-player states.

In this segment of A Maker’s Trail, we invite participants to travel to the past, around the 1950’s era, to interact with the environment, make music, and move or dance. In the walking tour, this is our music making, and multicultural section. This interactive prototype is situated outdoors, along Saxon St., projected onto the Brunswick Library windows and is intended to be a 1 to 5 person interactive experience, during dusk and towards the evening. The Brunswick ball aims to connect the various members of the community with each other and with the environment, through the universality and shared appreciation of music, movement, and nature.
