Andrea Innocentis a fashion designer and illustrator. She gave an inspiring talk about finding ideas and inspiration from just sketching/drawing everyday.
While not directly related to animation or interactivity, Andrea's creative style and her trajectory as an illustrator is a motivational one.
I particularly found her character designs with evolutionary trees really interesting and would refer back to it if I eventually create my own characters
