Response

My thematic train of thought for this week's response was the saying "only time will tell". I wanted to create a time based piece of work where the final artwork was dependent upon changes in time. To do this I made a six by four table of squares, each square representing an hour of the day. I used this table to visually record my mood and mental state in that particular hour of the day via colours and abstract shapes/patterns. The way the final work would look couldn't be premeditated as it depended on particular moments in time. The work is a three way collaboration with me, my mood and a moment in time.
