The video above is about explanation of the word Ontology, and it was not fascinating to me.

Method:

I was observe the iMac in front of me. I was thinking that if the value of use is removed from a computer, then what is it. Many electronic devices are designed for improving the efficiency of human works. If the relationship between human and devices are detached, it just pieces of steel and glass, the combination of elements. It can't even be defined as trash, because the word of trash is used for human. All words connect to human beings because language is invented by the ancient human. Due to the strong suggestion of my mentor Chris, I spent an hour at a park which I don't know the name to enjoy a lovely afternoon. However, I didn't experiment enjoyable and relaxing when I sit on a bench of the park because I was worried about so many things, such as assignment, dinner,  interview and my life. So I came back to the classroom and kept staring at the iMac. I realised that the thing in front of me is a sort of mirror which reflects my inner desires. So I decided to create a short animation to respond to this idea.

The mirror can be used to reflect the "real" personality. The roles inside and outside the mirror are exactly the same, but the inner and outer are the contrast between true and false, virtual and real. Many psychoanalytic films use mirrors as hints for mental patients because the mirror divides and expands the space. It can represent other spaces that flat images can't express and use mirrors to add new space, thus Changing the composition of the movie's picture.

Respond:

I planned to destroy an iMac and projected images on the broken screen. While I can't afford the repair expenses, so I made a 3D model and destroyed it in Cinema 4D. I set a high reflected texture for the screen to receive environmental pictures around the iMac. Every fraction has a glimpse of images.
