Inspiration Resource: A koala Night Light

Annotation : 

This is a recycle bin in public food court & dessert street & milk tea shop

In response to the theme of OBSERVATION, I presented a Recycle bin being designed in the shape of Milk tea using digital drawing techniques through Procreate.

By designing a rubbish bin in a ‘cute” and “sweet” way, I showed that objects could be produced to enhance another identity but overwhelming its natural characteristic as in this case, the MILK TEA RECYCLE BIN is more likely to exaggerate and fit in the atmosphere of a dessert shop or food court but overwhelming its nature of recycling dirt. 

Similar work is a koala night light. Designers enhance the cuteness and warmness of the nightlight through visual presentation of a koala while the nature of koala is actually an animal.
