Observation.
Context:
Based on the lecture , the idea is to discover something through our observations. It was a bit of a struggle to discover what I was interested in for a short time. As I was outside smoking and worrying, an idea came to my mind.

Every time I smoke, I think every cigarette will release a demon in the world . So it's time to quit smoking.
