play and audience

Context

The idea according to my recent studio work which i will draw a bunch of people on a beach. i search the internet and find some illustration of beach. i practice some people of walking with surfboard, swimming, playing balls and dancing...

Method

i use tvpaint drawing 17 key frame of a dancing girl, If fill in the middle frame the animation will looked more coherent. Then i input it into unity and use playmaker add a mouse action: when mouse over, the static illustration can be play. Also i use animator in unity to seperate static and dynamic picture.

Response

the word "audience" reminds me the stage, so i decipet a performance scene of dancing. i consider how to make audience interactive with performer. First at all, i want make girls dance only when players click applaud or drag fllower for them. This means audience's encourage tigger girls' confidence and grateful which make them dance. Moreover, i use whirl stand for dance, In the process of painting, i also practice my drang skill on different aspect of body. 

The dancing animation cannot play immedately when mouse over, the delay time of each girl are different, so they can't dance in unison.
