In response to week 9 theme of Movement. I made an animatic for a scenario from the on-course premise.
During the course, I made the scenario:
Dancing planet
-one or several planets dancing
-They are happy and dancing funny
-Some movement they did the colour scheme will be changed
-some movement they did the pattern(looks like clothes) on their body will change.
For this scenario, I reconsidered the feedback from Kate and changed the main character planets into
The meteor.
-They are singing and dancing('we are the meteors, we are the evil')
-They go round, they jump, they dance. They become glowing.
-They are cute, but they are naughty. They hit other planets at the happy ending.
By putting meteorite personification, I provide them with life and personality characteristics.
I was inspired by the famous movie' A trip to the moon'(1902). This well-known early work created a precedent for science fiction films, which made the film a platform for fantasy and a tool for entertainment. The image of the moon hit by a bullet impressed me.
By examing 'A trip to the moon', I hope to apply the fantasyism and humour to my work. With the combination of BGM, it looks magical and full of fun.
