Animated Narratives-Week#5

For this week's animated narrative practice, I made a scene for the premise -"Why those things are all sold out!” (Nintendo Switch Group Chat// Erin Zhang).

I think this premise very interesting, it is can come from a funny scenario. So, I started to sketch my story which the characters may cute and dull. 

Place：desert（Egypt）

characters：centipede（invisible）；anteater；snail

scenario：In the hot Egyptian scenic area, an anteater sells its proud shoes under the scorching sun, but it is sold out today. A snail slowly crawls in the distance, and it greeted the anteater happily, but then, snail surprising to find that the anteater's products were all sold out today. The anteater reluctantly replied: "You know these girls". In the distance is a speeding tourist bus with a logo (pink centipede) on the back of the car ...

I draw this scene by photoshop which the colour tone is happy and cheer and the colour tone is inspired by illustrator Joan Cornella.
