Animated Narratives-Week#10-Light

In response to week 10 theme of LIght. I made a linear storyboard.

I was started from the mind map and then generated a rough idea： A linear piece wherein a Jail/Hospital, the man lives in the darkness both literal and metaphorical. And the different light modes give a sense of inside and outside. I want to use light as a media to explore space and mood. For this work: Synopsis--A man lives in a dark jail want to see the brightness but dead in the end.

The course resource Baths in AN week 9(https://vimeo.com/155673893) gives me a lot of inspiration.

The swimmer in the pool has contrast lighting effect to express mood and space. By examing it, I also use light to show different space and mood metaphorically.
