This work examines a weekly premise “the world stopped for a moment when she’s sad” –by Alvin Khoe, through this piece of illustration.
I express the meaning of time in this work by using character’s internal thought. In the image, character is facing the event that makes she feels sad, so her mind goes into another space. This idea comes from the combination of sense of time in human emotion and time in the principle of science, where time continue differently in different place in the universe and dimension.
