With time running short I need to prioritize. I never thought I was balancing too many things, but Folio 1 made me realize I need to scale down. I think I used too many game mechanics, (hovering, clicking, dragging) but these mechanics were relatively simple, so I thought it was okay..

Let me write the story in a really simple way.

Once upon a time, there was a happy girl living with her brother, their parents were already dead..

Fast forward one day, he died in a drowning accident trying to catch her some fish (koi not gold)

Koi girl goes to the river to find her brother but find a white lotus instead, but she thinks it’s her brother because she’s guilty and sad 

Koi girls visits the place time and time again, but over time the lotus got pulled down underwater by leaf stalks

  • Change cursor
  • Change the menu dialogs
  • Add mouth animation when speaking
  • Lines less thick
  • One Two things
  • Get rid of the white bottom part in Main
  • Try the page turn thing
  • Change transition buttons
  • -splash
  • View change to girl looking down
  • Needs more scary disturbing parts…
  • Change the name to one Koi?
  • Memory shards lead to cutscenes
  • Hidden under lotus leaf
  • In the bottom of the lake
  • Delete Cloud scene
  • Just the two main scenes and cutscenes and Ana scene
  • Change her name back to Koi girl?
  • Have different colliders for different options
  • Only use If else for the second click
  • I don’t actually want to sound design by myself. 
  • Humming sound?
  • Start with koi girl with her back turned?
