Method
I draw two hamburgers in paper and hide a person into each hamburger. I make paper folding, draw two kissing person inside the fold.

Response
If just look at the paper, it just present two hambugers but when open the paper, it is two kissing person, which provide a high contrast in picture. The unexpected surprise or high contrast is a good way to strenghten psychological feeling.
