Theme: Play and object

Context: Since the project is heavily based on the object metamorphosis with linear animation, it would be beneficial to explore the linear animation effects with some physical practice. In this test, the ink itself is chosen as a playable object, water as the medium to involve the outcome of inking play.

Method: Water and Chinese ink are used for the invisible track and contour display respectively.  Change the angle of the plane to help the ink flow following the water track, and therefore, to complete the whole picture.

Response: The movement of ink flow visually presented a smooth animation on the paper when the flat was put in the right angle with the gravity effect, which can be an idea of how to play a unit object in the whole object.

In terms of the result of the test, the main issue that prevented the best result is that the water tracks remained a pretty limited time on the paper. So there was not enough water for ink flow to reach every part of the picture.
