In this week I was working on creating grounds and the terrains as an asset for the game. I Learned that just by using smoke map for noise map we can create mountain like structure just from a plane geometry preset in 3ds max. I came up with the idea to create a floating island like in fantasy stories we have heard in our childhood.

Research on more methods by which I can model these kind of objects in 3Ds max

stop creating details on the model instead make do detailing in textures which will create illusion of detail geometry

Keep

keep model of rocky terrain and reduce its poly count with modifier
