Problem: Lack of animation detail and iterations for each element
Assumptions:
1. Add a few animation principles such as squash and stretch, anticipation and follow through into my animations.
2. Make more versions for each element.
Weekly Response:
Aim
In this week, I drew three animations for the functional card Death using Photoshop. I want to show the state changes of
life through the media of a fishbone.
Method
These three animations are different explanations for the same definition of Death. The first animation is a live fish dies and decays to become a fishbone. The second is the fishbone that grows with plants and flowers, which I want to express that death is also a rebirth. The third one is the
fishbone sinks into the seabed. While there is already a pile of fishbones there, which is a sea hell.
Reflection
This week, I tried to make more variations for one card instead of being distracted by other cards. It is surprising that one card function can have different ways of defining.
