Open?

[[It's raining today. The city isn't busy, but it's missing it's usual buzz. You open your umbrella and begin to walk.]]

[[Everyone's looking at their phones or in front of them, walking a little faster than usual. Trying to get to where they need to be without getting too wet.]]

[[You've been to this area plenty of times. Nothing seems out of the ordinary.]]

[[The same old street that everyone crosses even though the lights haven't turned green yet.]]

[[You hear a heavily droplet fall onto your umbrella and you look up. You notice a sign you've seen before but have never bothered to remember. "TAKE AWAY FOOD"]]

[[Lunch period isn't for another hour or so, so no one's rushing just yet. You head to a familiar alley for coffee, the usual place.]]

[[Since when was there a restaurant there? Is it new? The sign look old, it can't be. You walk up to the sign to take a look.]]

[[You walk up to the store and the name reads "Peony Garden". It's dark inside. No one's inside. The two stores on the side don't sell food. Strange.]]

[[There's metal bars guarding the front door with a padlock.]] How curious you think. What is inside the store that warrants this? [[There are several dusty looking cameras lined up on the windowsill]] So they sell cameras too?

[[You take a closer look at the metal frames. They look old and rusty. Even the padlock looks old. Ah. There's some words written on the door.]]

[[You lean over and take a closer look at the cameras. These are all film cameras and they look old. Each of them seemed to have it's own story to tell.]]

"NE NG HOURS" "MONDAY TO FR DA" "1:00PM - 2: 0PM" "SA URD Y CLOS D" "S N Y C SED" There's an "OPEN" sign but there's also a chance that sign hasn't been flipped over for a long time. What an odd place indeed! You look at the time. 11:34AM. [[You'd either have to wait a few hours at least before coming back]] or [[just loiter around and see if you observe movement.]]

[[You take another look at the store and you hear another loud droplet on your umbrella. You look up and you notice there are more people around now. You have time, may as well grab something and come back.]]

[[The lunch rush is slowly starting. The rain has gotten heavier. More people are on the streets and in this weather, it's just a little bit harder to maneuver without knocking into someone.]]

You think to yourself. The sign says TAKE AWAY FOOD but the name of the store is Peony Garden. What an odd place indeed! You look at the time. 11:34AM. [[You'd either have to wait a few hours at least before coming back]] or [[just loiter around and see if you observe movement.]]

[[You think back to that mysterious shop. Peony Garden. It will be open soon but you're slowly getting more drenched, even with your umbrella. Perhaps today isn't the day to go.]]

Maybe tomorrow will be the day you know what is inside that dark and mysterious shop that only opens for 1 hour a day.
