CONTEXT

I learned how to create some sea anemone in this tutorial. And I find the hair object is really great for making some sea plants. Because it can work with some particle effects.
METHOD
Today I mainly made some underwater plants and animated them. Because I think I should make full use of the space under the water and create some layering to the picture. In addition, I plan to make some glowing starfish tomorrow.
